I've been in this business for 14 years, and for the past 5 I've had a vision to create a brand new salon with a whole new concept that would change the way this area looks at hair styling. The salon has an energy that is indescribable, and that is what I set out for. It's a place that everyone, customers and employees alike, enjoys spending their time in. We have a very laid back, hip, fashionable and fun environment that some people just don't want to leave. I am very lucky to have such a well-known and talented staff. We ONLY employ some of the top people in our local industry. I have hand picked every Colorist and Stylist based on a specific and unique ability that makes their work stand out. I myself am a stylist, and along with my staff train in as many venues as possible. We look at education as the fuel that will keep pushing us forward. We also perform some specialty services such as So Cap hair extensions and the new Keratin Complex Hair Therapy, which most of my staff is certified in. I've been in this business for longer than I’d care to mention. Where has all the time gone?!
LIKES: Out of all the different types of clients I get, I think my favorite is the one who is looking for a new look or a complete makeover. Working along with a stylist to achieve this for my client is very rewarding. I love having the freedom to make the decision about what will work for my clients color style. Whatever we decide on you can bet that it will include beautiful dimensional color placement that will compliment her haircut, facial features and overall personal style. On top of the color, literally, the Keratin Complex treatment that I can offer smoothes out the hair amazingly and really brings out the color. And whether it is to make the hair longer or just to enhance the hair, I really enjoy giving my clients hair extensions and seeing their whole look transform in just a few hours.
DISLIKES: My biggest concern is the integrity of my client’s hair, so I’d have to say my biggest dislike is seeing someone over processed and damaged. Because of this I will NEVER give someone something that I don’t think their hair can handle. And last, I cannot stand seeing someone with color that are just totally wrong for their tones and unless they want it right, I will just simply not do it.

Hi, I’m Clara Fragoso and I have been in this industry for 27 years and experienced in both styling and coloring hair. I am also certified in Great Lengths hair extensions.
LIKES: I am very passionate about my work and making my clients happy. I am constantly trying to learn new techniques and fashion trends by attending as many hair shows and seminars as I can. A far as color goes I like to consider myself to be very versatile, from soft natural looking blondes to bolder striking reds, either way I have a unique ability to make my colors stand out and get noticed. Haircut trends change so often and keeping up with them is one of the best parts of my job. Cutting is fun, and given the chance I love to give my clients fresh new looks. I also have a real passion for hair extensions. Some stylists dislike this type of work, but I really enjoy it.
DISLIKES: I’m a happy and drama-free woman, so grouchy people stay away! There are few things that can make you forget about the woes in life like getting your hair done, so just come in relax and have fun.
I’ve been around for a while and have worked in a bunch of different areas, but after a few years I have to say I really enjoy working in Cherry Hill again. I’m with a team of very talented professionals and I love coming to work. It’s a fun place to be, come try us, you will see.

I’ve been in the industry for 23 years and feel like I’ve seen it all. I love my job, and all the people that come with it.
LIKES: I love to work with long hair performing razor cuts and giving the hair lots of texture and body, shaping the hair to the structure of the face, mostly the cheeks and eyes. Not all haircuts are for every facial type. That’s why I like to have a ten minute consultation with my new clients so we together can mold a beautiful style for their face and both be happy. And for the men reading this, I have extensive training and 8 years of experience in barbering and all other types of men’s hairstyling. Taking someone from an ordinary style and creating an updated and fun new look to make them feel confident about their appearance is why I have gotten up all these years to go to work.
DISLIKES: I'm not big on formal styles, ie prom and wedding hair. It can become very stressful for the client and me when they are getting married in 2 hours. So I leave it to my colleagues who absolutely love it. The same thing goes for straightening treatments.
I recently travelled to Europe to see how other salons operated, and I brought back a little of their style; soft, sleek, sexy and sassy. I liked it and I know you will too.

I have been in the business for 7 years and decided to concentrate and specialize in color about 4 years ago. Loves it.
LIKES: Well I’ve always had a passion for hair color which is why I chose to work in a departmentalized salon. Taking classes on the latest techniques and trends is so much fun, so I try to attend workshops and seminars at least 3-4 times a year. I love the relationships I’ve developed with my clients, so many of them are like girlfriends, they come in, we look through magazines together so I can get a feel of what they like, I advise them on a few things, and then I duplicate the look in the magazine to their hair. This is such a useful tool, and seeing them excited about their hair color makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Lately, out of all the styles of hair color to go with I would have to say that classic looks of soft and natural, pretty sun kissed hair is definitely my favorite.
DISLIKES: I am not a fan of doing things that are traditionally not pretty, obviously. Some people like some funky looks that may not look right on them. Funky is fine, but it has to make sense. Not only does color have to work with the hair, it also has to work with the person. In order for it to be right I have to see flow; from the color to the hair to the skin tone to the personality.
So basically I just love my job. I work with a great tight team of really talented people, and that is really hard to find lately. We have fun, our clients have fun, there’s no drama, and that makes it really easy to come to work.

Likes: Keeping up with the latest trends in hair and fashion. I stay up to date by taking classes and checking out what all the stars are wearing of course. There is nothing I love more than giving someone a new look and making them so happy they can’t get away from the mirror! I can’t put it in to words how it makes me feel to see my clients leave smiling. I’m very diverse when it comes to cutting/styling hair. Short, long, straight, curly, etc., I do it all! I enjoy creating a look that will compliment each individual’s features, color, and personality. Dry cutting is definitely one of my favorite things to do at the end of a haircut. It helps to see where the hair is going to fall when customizing each style. Keratin Complex treatment is incredible! No more FRIZZ! Dislikes: Someone trying to talk me into a look that I know won’t work for them. When it comes to my clients I am very honest and will let them know if something isn’t right for them. Also, explain what will compliment them.
There isn’t a day that you won’t see me in the salon. It’s easy to come to work when you love what you do and who you work with! Get in my chair, you’ll love your hair… I swear! :)

I have been in this crazy business of styling and coloring hair for 11 years now. Time flies when you're having fun.
LIKES: I'm known for my blowouts; full and sleek with a sexy "wind-blown" like finish, beautiful. I work with a lot of long hair, but bobs are huge right now and there are many different kinds. This is one of my favorite haircuts. And I love to customize each cut with the type of coloring that fits the haircut and her personality. Extensions are where my heart is. I LOVE the work. Takes me about 4 hours to make you leave the salon with longer, fuller, sexier hair. The Keratin Complex treatment that we offer is amazing! DISLIKES: Anything with curling irons or bobby pins, up-do's are not my forte, sorry girls. They're more like up-don'ts. And screaming little kids, I love kids, but that's what Kids Cuts is for :)
